INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERY

For expedited delivery, orders received before 12:00 PST will be shipped the same day from our warehouse in Brentwood, California. Please note that we work Monday through Friday. If your product is not available on the same day, you will receive an email notification.

 

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Delivery time depends on whether the goods are in stock or expected to arrive at our warehouse, which can take 1 business day.
  • Most purchases should arrive to you 4-7 business days after processing your order if you choose Standard Shipping. You can also find other faster and more convenient delivery options, that you can choose when placing an order.
  • If the item you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you within one business day, and your order will be canceled or replaced depending on your decision within 24 hours.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which allows you to visually track your packages anytime, anywhere.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Vevey Shoes accepts orders from most countries. International orders ship via USPS, which usually takes 7-14 days. If you have any preferences regarding which carrier we use, please contact us at info@veveyshoes.com with your order ID and we will do our best to satisfy your requests. Shipping cost is displayed at checkout.

 

RESPONSIBILITY AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

After making a purchase, customers agree that they are responsible for paying duties, taxes and brokerage fees that may be applied to their shipment upon receipt of the order, and that these fees are not included in the shipping cost set by Vevey Shoes. If the customer decides to refuse to pay duties and taxes and return the item to Vevey Shoes, the original shipping cost will not be refunded to the customer and they will be charged for return shipping to Vevey Shoes.

 

NOTE. We strive to provide our customers with the best prices and delivery options. However, special circumstances may require us to use carriers other than USPS, and rates are subject to change without notice.
